Are you a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with a knack for finding top talent? We're actively seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team in Qatar!

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who specializes in sourcing and hiring for both technical and non-technical roles, particularly within soft and hard services, with a strong preference for candidates with an FM (Facilities Management) background.

About the Role:

As our Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to successful onboarding. You'll be a vital link between department managers and qualified candidates, ensuring we bring the best talent on board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical and non-technical positions (soft & hard services).

  • Build strong relationships with department managers to understand their hiring needs.

  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates.

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the perfect fit for our roles.

  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate feedback with hiring managers.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics.

  • Stay informed on market trends and salary benchmarks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally with a focus on technical & non-technical roles within soft & hard services and an FM background.

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments.

  • Solid understanding of technical job profiles.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Familiarity with Qatar labor regulations and visa processes is a must.
