Urgent Hiring: Sales Support & Outdoor Sales Agents in Qatar (Trading & Contracting)

1. Sales Support / Office Administrator
This vital role provides comprehensive back-end support to the sales team and assists with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Qatar experience in a trading & contracting company.
Proficiency in quotation preparation (technical & commercial), Microsoft Office (Excel formulas, bar/pie charts), and PowerPoint creation.
Strong data entry skills and professional email handling.
Communication skills in English are essential; Tamil and Arabic are a significant advantage for client interaction.
Confidence in managing a sales team's support needs.
Ability to prepare technical support documents and assist the procurement officer as needed.
Responsible for submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the General Manager.
Must have a transferable visa with valid QID.
2. Outdoor Sales Agent
We are also seeking proactive Outdoor Sales Agents to expand our client base within Doha.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of Qatar experience in outdoor sales or a similar field sales role.
Six working days per week, 9-hour duty time.
South Indian candidates preferred.
Salary: QAR 2,500 - QAR 3,000, with transport provided only inside Doha.
